- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs.
- Provide direct individual and group therapy services and support evidence-based interventions across school settings.
- Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, providing clinical guidance, support, and oversight to ensure quality service delivery and compliance.
- Provide Clinical Fellowship supervision, mentorship, feedback, and professional development support to emerging clinicians.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program goals related to speech, language, social communication, pragmatics, and augmentative and alternative communication needs as appropriate.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program meetings, communicate with families, and collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, supervision requirements, and compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
- Experience or interest in supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and/or providing Clinical Fellowship mentorship.
- Prior pediatric or school-based experience.
