  • 4+ years of healthcare experience in customer success and sales/growth
  • Experience in working with or in senior living facilities is highly desirable
  • Winning record for building and maintaining strong relationships as well as exceeding sales targets
  • Purpose-driven with a positive attitude to contribute towards a strong culture and passionate about improving senior living
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to build structure while adapting to new processes as the role and organization evolve
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player
Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed set business development targets with senior living communities in your region
  • Utilize cold calling, in-person drop-ins, and other prospecting techniques to identify and obtain new customers
  • Develop and sustain a strong brand for Savoy Life in the market through attending, hosting, presenting at local events and more
  • Support a smooth transition from contracting through launch of new senior living facilities
  • Develop a trusted relationship with each of your senior living customers to support their current and anticipated needs including the Executive Director (ED), Marketing/Sales Director and Health & Wellness Director
  • Conduct business reviews with the customers’ leadership teams by leveraging data and reporting to share progress, align on goals, and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate and support the local clinical team to enable them to focus on direct patient care
  • Drive high renewal rates through early risk identification, intervention, escalation and mitigation
  • Be a thought leader and provide insights, recommendations and best practices to your accounts
  • Identify, develop and nurture relationships with local primary care provider groups, healthcare brokers, and other healthcare organizations
  • Educate these community stakeholders about Savoy Life’s services, programs, and value propositions
  • Coordinate with these groups to enhance and complement the clinical team’s patient care work
  • Collaborate and leverage clinical leaders as needed to support in more clinically heavy conversations
  • Leverage and maintain data and clear technology documentation
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand the evolving strategy and share feedback to influence the enhancement of the Savoy Life offering
  • Be an expert of Savoy Life’s service to enable positive outcomes for current and existing partners
  • Maintain documentation hygiene by activities and contacts in Savoy’s CRM platform and other technologies
  • Build and shape this role in partnership with your manager (such as supporting other new hire onboarding) as this is the first hire for this role type
