POSITION TITLE: Product Manager, Integrations

POSITION LOCATION: Remote, USA

POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Software Product team, the Product Manager of Integrations will focus on effective integrations between microservices to ensure best in class experience for Natera’s operational team. If you enjoy moving quickly, accomplishing aspirational goals in an ever-changing environment, and working on truly impactful products this role is for you.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with software engineering and product management to align on system integration needs.
Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, document, and prioritize work for the Engineering team.
Drive the roadmap for the integrations teams based on business and software priorities
Establish and measure success criteria and metrics
Drive efficiencies through product innovation and work with different engineering teams to implement new solutions that can scale.
Communicate with senior-level stakeholders to champion your efforts and gain buy-in for product plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years of experience in product management focusing on complex technical solutions
Exceptional analytical skills, operational excellence, obsessed with finding ways to make processes more efficient through software solutions.
Proven ability to learn how processes work quickly, ask the right questions, and come up with a cohesive plan for how to improve/automate them.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and lead projects forward.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Technical Product Management experience - required
Experience with software management tools such as Jira, Jama - required
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - required
SQL experience - strongly preferred
Experience with product analytics platforms and tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Qlik Sense or similar - a plus
Laboratory operations experience - a plus
Experience with LIMS software - a plus
“Hands-on”, likes to dive deep and solve problems, detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
Energy, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency.
Results-oriented with willingness to take calculated risks and provide constructive feedback
Attention to detail.
Self-starter, capability to identify and resolve problems independently.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
