- Experience in a technical design development or manufacturing environment, crucial for understanding project complexities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for efficient documentation and reporting
- Demonstrable working experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems
- HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline (Electronics/Mechanical)
- Supporting certification planning and execution for engineering projects, implementing and refining processes in compliance with DO-254 (hardware) and DO-178C (software) standards
- Identifying possible improvements through all aspects of Quality Assurance through the development and operational phase of programs, with particular attention to the adherence of development and software standards
- Working proactively to Manage and coordinating investigations with all other functions ensuring the necessary actions are taken to prevent issues arising and where issues have arisen ensuring effective closure.
- Working closely with all functions to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of development and operational program
- Experience with DO-254 and DO-178 Design Assurance is highly desirable as familiarity with these standards is critical for our certification processes.
