Requirements
- The student should have food science experience or similar exposure to food processing at the laboratory, pilot plant, or manufacturing plant level.
- The candidate must be able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices for the food industry.
- The candidate must be available to work weekends.
- The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and with a diversified group of people.
- The candidate must have high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist with analytical and microbiological testing, organoleptic evaluation, and product release.
- Manage ingredient and finished product documents, including specifications, recipes, nutritional labels, standard operating procedures, and other documentation related to food quality and safety in support of dairy-product manufacturing.
