Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Working slack escalation channel.
  • Holding accounts from Collections due to dispute or pending credit.
  • Updating OCA placement team.
  • Reviewing escalated accounts in dispute for credits or payment.
  • Working on dispute resolution.
  • Approving/Denying suspensions/disconnects.
  • Restoring accounts where applicable.
  • Monitoring general collections strategy for breakdowns.
  • Supporting contractor teams.
  • Bankruptcy review.
  • Updating team processes and training documents as needed.
  • Submitting Refunds requests where applicable.
