About the Training Supervisor Role

As a Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Training Ambassadors within the production and warehouse environment. You will be responsible for new staff engagement and be the first face they will see on their first day. Daily duties see you engaging in the delivery of ongoing refresher training in line with the business strategy and policies. You will communicate and collaborate with senior management on a daily basis to ensure full transparency and offer support on an ad hoc basis should there be a business need. Health and Safety should be at the forefront of everything you do. This is working in a cold environment. 

What the Training Supervisor will be doing:

●    Attend the training team shift handover brief at the start of each shift.
●    Welcome new starters into HelloFresh, completing the new starter classroom based inductions along with site tours incorporating elements of the safe systems of work.
●    Role model for food safety and health and safety policies.
●    Provide updates to Training Management on the KPIs and performance per shift.
●    Complete bi-weekly one to one meetings with Training Ambassadors to provide a feedback loop to the Training management
●    Visual presence at all times on the production floor and provide hands on support to the Training Ambassador when required. 
●    A single point of reference for the Operation management team for essential business needs.
●    Ensure tech is fully accounted for and in excellent condition.

Location: Banbury, The Granary

Hours: 6 am - 5 pm, Tue-Fri one month, Fri-Mon next month, alternating each month
