Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in data analysis within Property & Casualty Insurance industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance reporting.
  • You know insurance operations like the back of your hand, from policy administration to claims process, and have a solid grasp of regulatory data call requirements.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data profiling and data modeling. Data Engineering background and Snowflake familiarity are a plus.
  • Clear and confident, you can explain complex ideas to anyone.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities like a pro.
Responsibilities
  • Decode regulatory requirements and translate them into business and technical specs that everyone can follow
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Underwriting, and Claims teams to resolve data issues
  • Learn the ins and outs of various data models by collaborating with application experts
  • Ensure every detail is spot-on by performing data validation and quality assurance
  • Team up with Data Engineers to build and maintain ETL workflows that deliver accurate, on-time data call reports
