  • Built a personal or corporate account with 100,000 or more followers and tens of millions of monthly impressions.
  • Deep experience running social media for a content-led consumer brand or creator, with measurable multi-channel growth.
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X best practices, including search engine optimization for short-form videos and YouTube, thumbnails, and retention.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives that emotionally connect with the audience.

Responsibilities
  • Build the social media identity blueprint, including launch planning, campaign design, content themes, and storytelling.
  • Create assets, publish content, and actively engage with the audience and community.
  • Drive ongoing amplification, expand reach through partnerships and collaborations, and continuously refine the approach based on performance.
  • Report regularly on progress, set ambitious key performance indicators, and deliver measurable outcomes against growth objectives.
  • Own the launch and long-term strategy of the social media presence across Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with the content team, Creative Director, and Chief Executive Officer.

London's CodeWords raises $9M to automate complex workflows for non-technical users

London-based CodeWords has raised $9 million in a seed round led by Visionaries, with participation from Firstminute Capital, Sequel and Illusian. Angel investors include Miro CEO Andrey Khusid, ElevenLabs CEO Mati Staniszewski and Supercell's Ilkka Paananen. The startup has built an AI platform enabling non-technical users to automate complex business workflows through simple chat prompts. Its platform, Cody, currently runs 500,000 workflows monthly for teams, agencies and operators across finance, content and marketing. CodeWords aims to bridge the gap between simple prototype tools and technical automation platforms requiring coding knowledge. The company offers 85 integrations including Asana and Dropbox, and is launching contextual memory features that proactively suggest automations. The 14-person team will use the funding to open a San Francisco office and expand engineering and commercial teams.
