  • 5+ years B2B SaaS Sales experience
  • 2+ years in a closing role for $20-100k deal size
  • Track record of overachievement (consistent 100%+ attainment, Presidents Club, etc.)
  • Experience at a startup (Seed or Series A not necessary, but is a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Lead pipeline growth by building our outbound strategy
  • Experiment with cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other techniques
  • Develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Identify prospecting tools to research and target prospects
  • Qualify leads, build champions, understand budget, timeline, close deals
  • Run outbound campaigns and whatever it takes to fill the pipeline
  • Conduct discovery, build champions, explain ROI to buyers, run POCs, and close deals
  • Work with the founders to refine pitch & messaging

Oso provides Authorization as a Service, offering abstractions for defining, querying, testing, and standardizing authorization logic, with support for complex use cases beyond basic RBAC, and a declarative configuration language for authorization called Polar, built in Rust. It also includes testing, debugging, and logging for visibility, predictability, and correctness, as well as technical support on modeling, architecture, and deployment from an experienced engineering team in authorization.
