  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a human resources degree program (or a related field of study)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent business writing skills
  • Strong project planning, detail oriented and analytical skills required
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
Responsibilities
  • Support initiatives aimed to drive engagement, support retention, and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Plan, organize, and develop key activities for quarterly engagement days and wellbeing week
  • Research vendors, workshops, speakers, and virtual events
  • Develop engaging and informative communications and toolkits to promote employee engagement initiatives across the organization globally
  • Support day to day coordination of Employee Experience programs such as appreciation and recognition programs, engagement activities, and wellness programs
  • Help develop strategies around global company encouragement and recognition programs including potential vendor analysis
  • Create presentation decks, and various materials as needed
