Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product optimization strategy, Application Life Cycle Management, drive additional value with current and new investments
  • Collaborate with senior management to set strategic priorities and drive the product optimization agenda
  • Identify and assess new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance product performance and competitiveness
  • Oversee the end-to-end optimization and tech stack capability rationalization
  • Conduct thorough assessments of product performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans to address them
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform optimization efforts, leveraging analytics and customer feedback to drive improvements
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure the effectiveness of optimization initiatives
  • Monitor and improve technical debt
  • Ensure that all product enhancements meet regulatory, quality, and safety standards
  • Work closely with product development, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product optimization
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring that optimization efforts are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Drive Quarterly Business Reviews to increase the level of transparency, address blockers proactively, and allow strategic conversations that drive continuous innovation and optimization
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product optimization, ensuring that customer needs and preferences are at the forefront of all initiatives
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, using it to inform product enhancements and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address product-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
