Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Responsible for providing support for maintaining and improving the risk environment.
Conducts RCSA (Risk & Controls Self-Assessment) module quality reviews to ensure record completeness and accuracy as it pertains to the related RCSA policy and standard requirements..
Performs user system testing, policy and procedure quality control, and developing efficiencies for oversight controls.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Supports the business with policy and procedure standardization, quality, and completeness.
Leads business system requirements definition efforts.
Oversees user system testing and issue resolutions.
Maintains a library of test cases. Improves the efficiency of user and regression testing.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Communications, English Studies, or related field.
2 + years of experience in Customer Services, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related experience.
In Lieu of Education, 4+ years of experience in Customer Services, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related experience.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
