- Demonstrated ability to connect data to business outcomes and drive action through executive‑level communication
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Denodo); OTBI experience a plus
- Experience applying AI and machine learning to workforce or enterprise data
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, data governance, and security practices

- Lead end‑to‑end analytical efforts, including problem framing, data sourcing and validation, methodology design, and insight generation.

- Ensure transparency and repeatability through documented methodologies, assumptions, and limitations.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units, HR, and Finance to understand priorities and align analytics to strategic objectives.
- Establish scalable processes for intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics requests, ensuring insights are clearly communicated and integrated into planning and decision‑making.
- Advance proactive workforce and talent analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights across core talent processes—including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning—to inform HR and enterprise strategy.
- Lead adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to uncover insights and support predictive and prescriptive decision‑making.
- Clearly articulate the value, impact, and limitations of advanced analytical approaches to stakeholders.
- Establish and promote best practices for data access, governance, and security.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations while supporting responsible, strategic use of data.
