Requirements
- High School Diploma/ Bachelor's degree required/preferred in business or business-related field
- 3 plus years' leasing experience in multi-family property management required
- Experience training and onboarding new consultants is required
- Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to close
- Yardi experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people
- Outstanding mentoring, coaching, people management, and leadership skills
- Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity
- Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation
- Must be customer-focused and results-oriented

Responsibilities
- Provide Class “A” customer Service - Building a good rapport with residents and going above and beyond whenever possible
- Prepare monthly schedules for leasing team
- Assist with the hiring and training of new leasing personnel
- Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to leasing team
- Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service
- Coordinate promotions to increase traffic, tenants and maintain high occupancy
- Manage ILS listings and all online marketing sources
- Understand the local market by regularly shopping competitors
- Inspect tour path, amenities, models and vacant apartments to ensure it meets company's standards for touring
- Stay up to date with leasing trends and best practices
- Meet and greet all customers, explaining benefits of community
- Oversee entire leasing process from lead generation to actual occupancy of each unit and customer service communications with tenants throughout their lease term
- Market community within neighborhood
- Manage social media platforms for community
- Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process
- Performs other duties as assigned
