  • High School Diploma/ Bachelor's degree required/preferred in business or business-related field
  • 3 plus years' leasing experience in multi-family property management required
  • Experience training and onboarding new consultants is required
  • Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to close
  • Yardi experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people
  • Outstanding mentoring, coaching, people management, and leadership skills

  • Prepare monthly schedules for leasing team
  • Assist with the hiring and training of new leasing personnel
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to leasing team
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service
  • Coordinate promotions to increase traffic, tenants and maintain high occupancy
  • Manage ILS listings and all online marketing sources
  • Understand the local market by regularly shopping competitors
  • Inspect tour path, amenities, models and vacant apartments to ensure it meets company's standards for touring
  • Stay up to date with leasing trends and best practices
  • Meet and greet all customers, explaining benefits of community
  • Oversee entire leasing process from lead generation to actual occupancy of each unit and customer service communications with tenants throughout their lease term
  • Market community within neighborhood
  • Manage social media platforms for community
  • Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process
  • Performs other duties as assigned
