Your Team, Your Impact
This Field Applications Engineering (FAE) team supports the Automotive business unit. The Automotive business unit targets in-vehicle networking for zonal and distributed architectures, high performance compute platforms, and camera bridge architectures.
What You Can Expect
- Collaborate with BU on training and collateral development
- Work alongside BU and field team to prepare demonstrations
- Work alongside field application engineers to support customers in both pre-sales and post-sales
- Present product overviews and technology demos
- Support customer HW/SW evaluations
- Schematic and layout review of customer HW design
- Lab support for customer HW and SW bring-up
What We’re Looking For
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related technical fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Programming skills in C and scripting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with embedded systems, HW and SW debug
- Familiarity with cyber security
- Familiarity with communication protocols
- Familiarity with ARM Cortex R or M controllers
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
22 - 43, $ per hour.
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
