Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be insurable under the company’s auto insurance policy.
  • Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet all company vehicle safety and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 pounds continually, including heavier loads with assistance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Frequent use of personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, safety vests, hard hats, and steel-toed boots.
Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately fill jobsite orders by receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material according to company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Complete all warehouse transactions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of company equipment, company vehicles, and the warehouse environment.
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
  • Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program and comply with safety regulations, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Perform other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
  • Work in a warehouse setting with occasional exposure to electrical hazards, heavy equipment and machinery, and inclement weather.
  • Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment frequently.
  • Work in cramped or awkward positions when required.
  • Travel to active construction job sites when required.

  • Experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, receiving, and forklift operation.

Truelink Capital invests in Prime Electric to build national electrical services leader

Truelink Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has announced a significant investment in Prime Electric, a provider of electrical services operating across Northern California, Washington and Oregon. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, Prime Electric employs 1,500 people and serves growing sectors including healthcare, biopharma, data centres and renewable energy. The company specialises in repair, installation and maintenance of electrical systems for private sector clients. Prime's management team, led by CEO Bob Ledford and Chairman Eric Reichanadter, will retain a significant ownership stake alongside existing investor WestView Capital. The investment marks Truelink's 11th platform investment since its founding in 2022.
