Job Summary

Come join our team as a Senior Production Support Analyst. This is a remote role.

• Provide first and second level support on Scheduling, Change Management, Automation, and Report Archive issues. 
• Monitor all mainframe production support related processes identifying issues, resolving most, and escalating complex problems to senior level for problem resolution. 
• Open trouble tickets, escalate outages, and provide follow-up and root cause analysis where needed. 
• Primary interface with users regarding support issues, backup interface for production requests, and backup interface to vendors when requested by Sr. Analyst. 
• Analyze and properly route requests that are not production support related. 
• Assist with system testing of upgrades, PTF’s, and other application changes. 
• Run test scripts generated by SR Analyst to test business unit implementations and provide technical results. 
• Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs. 

• Tasks are generally more complex in nature and usually involve evaluation, originality, and judgment 

• Works under general supervision applying well established techniques, procedures or specific standards 

•  High School diploma or equivalent 
• AA/AS degree preferred 

• 3-5 years of directly related experience
