Requirements
  • Experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, warehouse, distribution, and/or retail operations with an operational focus, with 3 to 5 years of effective leadership in leading and inspiring a team of service professionals, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
  • A strong background in delivery operations, including familiarity with DOT requirements, routing, fleet management, and day-to-day delivery workflows.
  • A demonstrated confidence, high standards when it comes to detail and organization, and a belief that your success is tied directly to the growth and development of the team you lead and how you treat others.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • A proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A track record of holding teams accountable, addressing issues promptly, and fostering a culture of trust and high performance.
