Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience with browser technologies, networking, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), end-user computing, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and web-based browser applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Responsibilities
  • Influence Information Technology decision-makers or executive leadership to advocate outcomes that align with and advance Google's interests.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint and vet business prospects, alongside identifying crucial customer technical objections, then formulate a strategy to overcome these technical hurdles.
  • Own the technical side of solutions, from assisting with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solution demos to leading proof-of-concepts, pilots, and best practice sessions, while also managing bug reports, feature requests, and the coordination of technical support.
  • Collaborate with Google's (P&D) Enterprise Solutions product teams to build and test integration prototypes within customer and partner settings.
  • Design comprehensive security architectures using Chrome Enterprise Premium, Cameyo, and Chrome Operating System (ChromeOS) to enable secure SaaS access, deliver private web apps, and manage unmanaged/Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) devices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise operating systems and Secure Enterprise Browser management.
  • Experience architecting and supporting software deployments for enterprises, particularly within Device Management solutions.
  • Experience in application delivery, including web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with Android and Chrome, Linux system architecture/administration, Java/HTML5 development, Android development, and ADB.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure domains (e.g., networking wireless and protocols, SSO, Active Directory, and firewalls).
