- Oversee workflow and job balance among staff and ensure tasks are completed within account service-level agreement requirements.
- Communicate and train the team on workflow or procedure changes.
- Oversee and manage daily and monthly service-activity records.
- Communicate effectively with the client and staff.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client for daily activity when appropriate and participate in client meetings about account activity.
- Perform assigned services that may include copy and print production, copy-center operations, copier maintenance, mail and courier services, reception and office services, shipping and receiving, inventory services, warehouse operations, or file-room and records-file services.
- Attend cross-functional training to provide coverage when the team is short-staffed.
- Provide site coverage based on client and division needs, which may change.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at the customer location.
- Follow established daily maintenance processes and procedures.
- Perform routine equipment upkeep, including cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner, and loading paper.
- Evaluate equipment issues and notify the service department when an issue cannot be resolved.
- Deliver paper.
- Assist end users with the basic functionality of equipment.
- Record meter readings.
- Maintain service-activity reports.
- Monitor supplies and restock inventory.
