Responsibilities
  • Document and the product vision and drive the execution strategy for Samba TV's data (B2B) and consumer products, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and user experience
  • Work with our internal Talent Partners to recruit, onboard, and train team members, ensuring they possess the necessary expertise in product management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct customer, market and competitive research to identify areas of strength or weakness, new product opportunities and evaluate the competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on our products
  • Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products meet customer needs, are of high quality, and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Continuously analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization, as well as against a long-term view of the landscape
  • Manage and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers with agencies, publisher, and platform clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges, tailoring solutions to specific requirements and objectives
  • Provide consultative solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Establish regular communication and touch points, ensuring clients are informed and engaged throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, addressing issues promptly and proactively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with other teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Data Licensing, to ensure alignment between Activation GTM strategies and overall company objectives
  • Continuously monitor the media and advertising landscape, including emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and evolving client needs, to inform strategic planning and ensure Samba TV’s activation solutions remain relevant and competitive.
