Jr. Supply Chain Analyst
Position Summary
CelLink is seeking a Jr. Supply Chain Analyst to support master schedule planning and sourcing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python and Excel, and a solid planning or sourcing background. This role requires quick learning capability, a "can-do" attitude, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate planning in a very dynamic environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule to meet demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
- Use Python and Excel to perform complex data analysis, build predictive models, and generate insights that improve supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure accurate material availability and production schedules.
- Conduct sourcing activities, including vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract management, to secure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials.
- Analyze supply chain performance and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand fluctuations, and recommend improvements.
- Develop risk mitigation plans to address potential supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain updated records of materials, production progress, and inventory levels to provide clear and timely reporting to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, or sourcing with a quick learning capability.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with proven expertise in Python and Excel.
- Experience with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, MRP) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a "can-do" attitude and hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay is just one part of CelLink’s total compensation package and is determined within a range. The pay range is designed to support your career progression as you learn, grow, and develop within your role. Your base pay range will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

San Carlos, CA Base Pay
$80,000—$90,000 USD
