Wilder Systems offers WSRobots, robotic systems designed for aerospace manufacturing. They create multifunctional robots that can be integrated into existing production lines for aircraft manufacturing to boost productivity, improve quality, and enhance operator ergonomics. The robots operate by being compatible with current jigs for all structures and by being network-enabled to track process data for traceability and continuous improvement. The company generates revenue from selling and maintaining these robotic systems, with a value proposition that includes easy NC programming using standard G and M codes and the ability to log data for smart manufacturing. The main goal is to reduce labor time (by 50% or more), cut labor costs, improve process visibility for management, and minimize defects from complex drilling steps, while freeing operators for higher-value tasks.
