  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or email campaign management experience (internships included)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Assist in briefing, creating, and executing CRM campaigns across email, push notification, and other digital channels to the client's rewards member base
  • Segment and manage customer target audience for personalised marketing
  • Work with Brand and Comms to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines
  • Work with key stakeholders within the wider marketing team to fulfil cross-promotions with internal & external partners
  • Monitor performance against targets and work with our external agency to identify opportunities to continually improve the performance of loyalty content
  • Work with the Loyalty Operations Implementer to ensure good communication of programme mechanics and campaign details to Retailers / Dealers and Customer Service Centre
  • Stay updated on CRM best practices and emerging trends
