  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business systems management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting modules.
  • Proven track record of leading successful D365 FO implementations, including configuration, customization, integration, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Deep understanding of business processes in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting, with the ability to align them with D365 FO capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and Agile, Scrum, and/or Scaled Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a high-performing team while navigating organizational complexities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of functional business analysts, ensuring alignment with Axon’s strategic objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Drive communication, collaboration, and solutioning with senior leadership and business partners to ensure that D365 FO initiatives meet organizational goals amidst shifting priorities and challenging deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions within D365 FO, with common areas of focus including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of D365 FO, ensuring that best practices are followed and that business needs are met in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of D365 FO projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and navigate organizational complexities to ensure seamless project execution and system integration.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes by leveraging D365 FO to drive operational efficiencies and enhance business performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all functional matters related to D365 FO, providing regular updates to senior leadership on project status, team performance, and system improvements, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest D365 FO features and solutions from Microsoft, evaluating their impact on Axon’s ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the functional analysis team, helping them enhance their skills and ability to tackle the complexities of Axon’s business landscape.
Desired Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
