Requirements
  • Knowledge of U.S. data privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, TCPA) and experience with GDPR
  • Experience interacting with or working for government agencies

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders as well as customers, vendors, and regulators, as necessary;
  • Manage compliance-related projects for current and evolving laws and obligations;
  • Assist in implementing an effective compliance program;
  • Assist with data privacy related audits as necessary; and
  • Assess and minimize sources of risk, with appropriate escalations as necessary.
