Responsibilities:

Lead environmental projects, including CO2 and energy reduction initiatives (High5+).
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Track and report project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support and integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives across operations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
3–5 years in sustainability, environmental projects, or facility management

Qualifications:

Experience in program or project management, with a proven track record in sustainability initiatives, specifically related to energy and carbon reduction. Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is often preferred.
Experience with regulatory compliance: Ensure projects adhere to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Exposure to emissions inventory and reporting
Familiarity with auditing and assessment: Conduct sustainability audits and assessments, including life cycle analyses, to identify areas for improvement.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting environmental and operational data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency with data analysis tools, including spreadsheets and visualization software like PowerBI.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage complex projects
Project Management Certification: CAPM, PMP, or similar is a plus

Location: On-site, in Grand Prairie, TX

Salary Range: $75K-$90K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
