AI Technology Architect

Job Description

BGSW is looking for an experienced AI Technology Architect to design, govern, and scale enterprise AI solutions across the organization. In this role, you will define AI architecture standards, drive technical excellence, and enable the successful adoption of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies across business functions. You will work closely with global teams to build secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI platforms that deliver business value. 

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design and define enterprise architecture for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. 

• Develop architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption. 

• Lead solution architecture for strategic AI products, platforms, and transformation initiatives. 

• Drive AI engineering excellence through MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, observability, governance, and security. 

• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and data ecosystems. 

• Provide architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and production support. 

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. 

• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable and resilient AI platforms. 

• Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline. 

Experience :

• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture. 

• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. 

• Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, or equivalent cloud AI platforms. 

• Experience with MLOps, containerization, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration. 

• Strong delivery management of AI platform architecture, scalability, and production deployment. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

Mandatory Skills :

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications.

• Experience with enterprise governance and security frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Preferred Skills :

•  SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Experience working with global delivery teams
