The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join the FICO® Scores International product management function and contribute significantly to further growth of the international scores business across the world. Working with the International team, you will play a pivotal role in the development of market insights which drives the development of scoring solutions (syndicated offerings that leverage predictive analytics) and the resulting development and implementation of scoring solutions in different markets. What You’ll Contribute
- This role provides support to the product and business development team in the research required to drive our strategic vision, market insight, client perspective, and product expertise throughout all phases of the product management lifecycle.
- Support the development of product concepts, business cases and plans to create value and achieve unit goals.
- Liaise with clients, prospects and market-facing colleagues to understand market requirements and translate them into analytic product requirements.
- Develop business and technical requirements documents, including use cases and user personas that can be translated into technical specifications.
- Manage the release management process for developments and implementations according to FICO product governance and management protocols.
- Work closely with analytic development to ensure translation into accurate model specifications.
- Work closely with product development to provide direction surrounding product functionality and analytic capability translation based on the product plan.
- Support the progress and delivery of roadmap priorities to achieve time to market and time to value targets.
- Develop content required to educate or train sales and sales support staff in support of product.
- Works to support the evaluation and development of new key partner relationships with data and technology providers in support of new offering development and product delivery for international markets.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance experts to ensure offerings are designed and align with relevant regulations.
What We’re Seeking
- Domain knowledge in financial services and credit risk management, preferably across multiple territories from EMEA, ASPAC and LATAM.
- Experience in the development of solutions in the field of predictive analytics, credit risk, credit scoring, CRA operations and decision management.
- Domain knowledge of alternative data, and new financial services frameworks such as open banking and open finance, among others.
- Experience in product management and/or financial services.
- High-level communication skills, including strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Engineering) preferred, or equivalent experience gained in a commercial environment.
- This is a UK based role but will involve international travel. A willingness and ability to travel internationally is essential, which may increase over time.
- A knowledge/understanding and respect of differing business cultures in different countries.
- Analytical and fact-based orientation, with ability to synthesize and organise complex data/information.
- Ability to apply past experience to develop business cases and value propositions in the financial services industry.
- Ability to interact with and work across different internal and external functional disciplines.
