Responsibilities
  • Assist in shaping the development and execution of the technical selling strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example by helping support and guide the transition of our technical sales team to be a differentiator in the market and the reason we win deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and VP of Professional Services to shape the go-to-market approach and drive successful customer engagements.
  • Create the design and delivery of tailored solutions for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from AgentSync's offerings.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the pre-sales technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement through leading by example.
  • Actively participate in customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of AgentSync's solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, offering strategic guidance and insights to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, prospects, and internal teams, effectively communicating feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new product features and enhancements based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
