Requirements
  • This position will be based onsite in Novato (Bay Area) 3 days/week. This is not a remote opportunity
Responsibilities
  • Own and oversee a portfolio of operational initiatives, providing a point of view on how we design the marketing operation to facilitate our Player First mission and mindset
  • Lead the Marketing Operations team to keep the trains running smoothly for our day-to-day business
  • Ensure a single source of truth for marketing operation topics, even as we transform to new ways of working, to facilitate building the muscle of department level coordination, constant prioritization and efficient information sharing
  • Ensure creation and maintenance of company-wide files, processes and templates are up to date and current, as well as tweaked to suit the business need
  • Help drive projects such as Marketing onboarding, Monthly leadership meetings, All Hands meetings - all with the view of excellence in communication at the right time and right place to improve our overall team engagement and support smooth change management
  • Identify opportunities for fast process improvements and simplification as an always on muscle building to reduce the chaos and improve efficiency
  • Develop new operating models/ways of working that encompasses people, process, technology and governance within and across marketing organizations in order to unlock value and meet desired business outcomes, working and partnering with relevant teams
  • Deliver value through developing new and updated operating models, marketing processes, change, training and communication plans and aid our teams to roll-out and stand-up transformational changes
  • Identifying ineffectiveness and areas of opportunity within the marketing organization and determining strategic implications. Lead teams to define detailed plans, inclusive of people, process and technology, to generate improvements
  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand and campaign operations to develop and implement plans and approaches. Enable teams to operate in a "new way of working."
  • Collaborating with other functional teams to deliver more holistic transformation such as HR, finance, commercial and T2 teams
  • Lead and drive alignment on the global marketing strategic projects, forming a plan with clear goals and tasks, executing and monitoring progress
  • Working with relevant teams to project manage our annual marketing planning process, helping connect the dots between goals and budgeting
  • Create presentations at the executive level as needed for the CMO
  • In partnership with Talent Development, contribute to marketing specific L&D that supports the day to day improvement and the change management needed for overall marketing transformation. Ensure you are up to date with the latest tools, technology, ways of working, L&D and innovations to inspire our future strategy
