- Master’s degree in EE, Physics, or related field or 8+ years of practical experience with memory testing
- Experience in memory chip testing with commercial memory testers such as Teradyne or Advantest
- Experience with building up test systems and test system hardware

- Direct experience with test code development on Advantest 583x memory testers
- Familiar with testing techniques for various memory technologies such as NAND, NOR, DRAM, or emerging memories
- Familiar with wafer test and wafer sort
- Build key test infrastructure for advanced memory test
- Design test systems and lead vendor interactions for new memory test specifications
- Develop automated wafer and package test flows
- Lead project efforts across multiple organizations and geographies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test specification development and design validation
- Work with design team on test specification development, design validation, and debug
