  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience conducting user research in a product development environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, including but not limited to: user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform the design and development of products
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to identify research opportunities and design studies
  • Create and maintain research plans, including recruiting participants, moderating sessions, and analyzing data
  • Communicate research findings to cross-functional teams through written reports, presentations, and workshops
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research
