Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in doorperson, bell services, concierge, front office, guest services, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury or upscale hotels, resorts, or residences is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Dubai attractions, destinations, and local services is beneficial.
  • A valid United Arab Emirates driving licence is advantageous where operationally required.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and residents warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Open and hold vehicle and entrance doors as appropriate.
  • Assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles safely.
  • Maintain a visible and welcoming presence at the residence entrance.
  • Assist with taxi, limousine, valet, and other transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Concierge and Front Office to support arriving and departing guests.
  • Recognise and appropriately acknowledge returning guests, residents, VIPs, and special occasions.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery.
  • Escort guests to guestrooms and residences.
  • Explain residence features, facilities, services, and relevant information during the escort.
  • Assist departing guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
  • Deliver guest items, messages, amenities, packages, and other requested items efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate luggage handling procedures and records.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and enquiries.
  • Provide directions and information about residence facilities, Dubai attractions, restaurants, shopping, and local destinations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised assistance whenever possible.
  • Assist with transportation and local arrangements when required.
  • Communicate relevant guest requests and preferences to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate with Front Office regarding arrivals, departures, VIPs, room readiness, and special requests.
  • Support Concierge operations during busy periods.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient bell desk and entrance area.
  • Ensure luggage storage areas are clean, organised, and secure.
  • Keep luggage carts and guest service equipment clean and in excellent condition.
  • Assist other Front Office operations when required.
  • Follow residence procedures for luggage storage, deliveries, and access control.
  • Remain alert to unusual activity and report concerns to Security or management.
  • Report lost and found items promptly in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and unobstructed entrance and arrival area.
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the entrance, lobby, bell desk, and luggage areas.
  • Ensure entrance areas and guest service equipment consistently meet brand standards.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance in accordance with grooming and uniform standards.
  • Support the overall presentation of the arrival experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • A hospitality qualification is an advantage.
