Responsibilities
  • Align the annual marketing strategy with our business plans
  • Identify buying audiences, their path to purchase, build insights and use them to create compelling value propositions across all our residential markets and channels
  • Create Enterprise brand offerings that link into the broader JLL brand and purpose and compels Enterprise customers and clients to choose JLL
  • Ownership and management of product marketing campaigns across all sales channels for Work Dynamics
  • Build new channels to those audiences and lead the development of content that will engage the client and build our relationship with them
  • Delivery of multi-channel brand and product selling campaigns, positioning JLL as Enterprise expert
  • Leveraging the data from our marketing platform to drive more sales productivity
  • Championing an Enterprise mindset and omni-channel consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Leverage the latest technology to ensure productivity and efficiency across our business (marketing automation, self-service tools, turnkey campaigns)
  • Forecast, justify, own and manage the budget and link that to growth objectives
  • Set, monitor and report on marketing strategy
  • Participate in the quarterly presentations and run monthly planning meetings
