Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end process of tracking sales funnel and operational metrics and develop and maintain all sales reporting, dashboards, metrics, and analysis
  • Design, implement and manage consistent processes, methodology and tools for sales forecasting, market and territory planning and bookings targets
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency across the company in planning, forecasting and utilization of sales data, reporting and analytics
  • Manage and maintain sales process adherence and accountability across sales organization
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvements. Facilitate successful implementation, communication, and change management of new programs and fosters culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure sales reports and market intelligence is provided to the sales organization and partners with GMs and sales leaders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and People & Talent to establish a sales training plan focused on developing key competencies and prioritizes sales training objectives for direct and inside sales, sales management, and sales support roles
  • Prioritize investments in enabling technologies in support of sales workforce productivity and efficiency
  • Partner and help drive annual sales meeting and sales recognition programs
  • Manage current RFP and Client references programs
