Position Summary

As the Product Lead for TV Plus, you will drive the roadmap, vision, and product execution for ads on Samsung TV Plus, our Free Ad Supported Streaming Service, that has over 40M MAU globally and is still growing by leaps and bounds. You will partner with the TV+ Service Team and Ads Product Marketing team to help create the vision for ad experiences on TV Plus, and work with both the ads and hardware engineering teams to make your vision a reality.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for TV Plus ad experiences, with a data driven focus on the items that will create the most value/ROAS for our advertisers
• Be the public face of Ads on TV Plus, and drive relationships with the sales, PMM, and BD teams
• Lead the design, the development, and the launch of new ad units, while concurrently supporting enhancements/improvements to existing ad solutions
• Manage TV+ PM Team
• Write product requirement specification, system requirement and user stories for internal team and external partners.
• Ensures solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable, and delivered on schedule.
• Act as product and technical lead on projects.  Manage product delivery and coordinate development efforts across multiple organizations and system.
• Support system integration test and feature QA
• Up to date understanding of solutions from competitive Ad supported Streaming services.
• Communicate product strategy, architecture, plans and progress to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience

• 8+ of product management experience with at least 10+ years of experience in digital advertising
• Experience of Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) services and/or video streaming services, including related technologies: Server-Side Ad Insertion, HLS, SCTE-35, VAST, Open-RTB, SSP, DSP 
• Experience working in with internal and external partners in an agile environment.
• Track record for designing and delivering complex products across multiple systems
• Passion for building and learning about ad tech solution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Salary Range Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York, NY is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
