- Support users with the company’s cloud-based software, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Follow specific procedures and guidelines and clearly document completed activities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with different teams, including the team in Germany, to manage and align activities.
- Prepare workstations and devices for new employees as part of technical onboarding.
- Manage office procurement, including stationery, materials, and equipment orders, inventory monitoring, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and utilities; collect quotations and track activities and deadlines.
- Maintain workspaces and common areas, including workstation setup, meeting-room order and functionality, and minor routine maintenance.
- Manage internal logistics, including deliveries, shipments, and space preparation.
- Develop practical and creative solutions within a structured environment, adapting to each situation.
- Experience in a start-up or dynamic environment.
- Technical experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Airtable.
- Previous experience in office management, facilities, or supplier management.

The funds will support solar installations, energy management systems, battery storage, and heat pumps, benefiting over 20,000 households in Germany and Europe. The financing involves a strategic partnership with UK investment manager MG and a credit line from Citi, Barclays, Crédit Agricole CIB, and Bank of America.
In April 2025, the European tech ecosystem saw a significant 42 per cent drop in total capital raised month-over-month, falling to €3.3 billion from €5.7 billion in March. Despite the sharp decline in funding volume, deal activity increased, with 311 deals recorded in April versus 297 in March, suggesting that while fewer large-scale deals were closed, investor interest remained strong, shifting instead toward a higher number of smaller investments. A key driver of this trend appears to be a change in sector focus. Whereas March was dominated by large funding rounds in the gaming industry, April saw investor attention pivot toward fintech—an area typically characterised by earlier-stage or mid-sized investments
