Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently gather requirements, analyze customer needs, and translate them into clear and actionable product specifications.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning with organizational priorities.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, planning, execution, to release and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria without direct assistance from a product team.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
• Track product performance using metrics and KPIs, iterating based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development cycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in independently writing and defining product specifications and requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
