  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business product owners to gather and understand their requirements, transforming these into clear and actionable technical specifications to ensure Salesforce solutions meet or exceed business needs.
  • Analyze and enhance existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and utilizing Salesforce capabilities to drive greater operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud, continuously deepening your expertise on platform features and functionalities to facilitate ongoing improvements.
  • Champion the needs of end-users by providing comprehensive training, support, and guidance to ensure they fully leverage Salesforce capabilities and adhere to best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy custom solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, ensuring high-quality, effective implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of product enhancements, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that align with customer satisfaction and business goals.
