Responsibilities
  • Respond to and follow up on prospective student enquiries using the Adviser framework to build rapport and progress enrolments.
  • Provide personalised advice on course options, study requirements, fees, and enrolment pathways to support informed decision-making.
  • Proactively engage applicants and partially enrolled students to drive enrolment completion and achieve KPIs and KPAs.
  • Build positive relationships with prospective students and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the enrolment journey.
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship management records and compliance documentation while collaborating with internal teams to support student enquiries, reporting, and enrolment activities.
