Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working in the finance industry, experience in Finance, Reporting, or Governance is a plus
  • Understanding of IT principles and the software development lifecycle and Project Management
  • Strong track record of delivery of complex, inter-disciplinary programs
  • Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and develop partnerships across multiple businesses and functional areas
  • Proactive approach to raising issues and risks
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, presentation, influencing others, negotiations, and working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams

  • Ability to follow up and get resolution for action items directly impacting the project
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivots, v-look ups) and PowerPoint

  • Intermediate project management skills or experience in complex systems implementations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field. Masters degree a plus
Responsibilities
  • Provide effective oversight of the Atlas - Report Inventory tool.
  • Provide input and support to the GRMRP Policy and Standards
  • Contribute to update of various committee decks and analysis.
  • Perform monthly data quality checks within the inventory and engage Business stakeholders to remediate findings.
  • Perform frequent review of report tagging within the Inventory to maintain proper alignment to the GRMRP Policy.
  • Provide Atlas Report Inventory SME knowledge on the integration to upstream and downstream systems including Insight and other systems within the reporting ecosystem.
  • Provide application support, and work with technical resources to provide technical solutions for system issues
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Atlas Report Inventory related inquiries and conduct application troubleshooting
  • Contribute to the determination of the target state report inventory platform
  • Seek to understand business processes and problems, and offer solutions based on leveraging systems, processes, and data flows
  • Maintain and assist with the execution of detailed test plans and user acceptance testing for system enhancements
  • Partner with the business to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications
  • Support Project Manager to develop relevant project plans and provide status updates
  • Engage Business stakeholders for prioritizing Atlas Report Inventory Change Requests
  • Engage with Technology Partners for on time delivery of enhancements
  • Develop and maintain User Guides, FAQs and other training material and conduct User Training
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Support ad-hoc projects/requests as needed
