AV Technician

Salary Range: 70000 to 120000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Responsibilities:

• Perform installations of AV systems, including displays, projectors, speakers, video conferencing systems, control systems, and associated cabling.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute installation tasks accurately.
• Install AV equipment on walls, ceilings, and racks while ensuring proper alignment, cabling, and functionality.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to confirm optimal performance of AV systems.
• Perform cable management to ensure neat and professional installations.
• Collaborate with the AV Project Manager, engineers, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients or stakeholders on-site to address concerns or clarify installation requirements.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and company equipment in excellent working condition.
• Provide on-site training to clients on basic system operations as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times during installation projects.
