  • Be a regional design lead to a team of junior and mid-level designers

  • Work with Rich Media authoring tools to produce interactive ads
  • Employ a user-centered design approach
  • Collaborate with Sellers and Client Service managers to bring ideas to life
  • Develop knowledge of new technologies and products
  • Lead specific functions based on organizational needs
  • Support regional Sales teams by leading external calls
  • Mentor and inspire Junior Designers
  • Review designers' work for quality and attention to detail
  • Maintain relationships with direct reports
