  • 10+ years of experience in embedded systems design, development, and management
  • Proven track record of leading successful IoT and edge computing initiatives
  • Deep expertise in microcontroller architectures, real-time operating systems, Linux, and peripheral interfacing
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and experience with embedded software development tools
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI, Bluetooth, WiFi, cellular) and sensor technologies
  • Understanding of machine learning deployment on edge devices and experience integrating AI models
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers and the AI Hub team to architect scalable and secure embedded systems for sensor data aggregation, processing, and cloud integration based on customer use cases.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging hardware and software technologies to enhance the hub's capabilities
  • Manage a team of cross functional engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, AI engineers, Electrical Engineers, and product managers to align solutions with business and user requirements
  • Establish processes and best practices for embedded system architecture and design, embedded software development, testing, and deployment
  • Represent the hub's technical capabilities to internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Assist in implementing the comprehensive strategy for AI Collaboration Hubs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the Catalyst program
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs and materials to enable customers in effectively using AI tools for their specific use cases.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity towards ADI’s portfolio is highly preferred.
