- 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner or equivalent; of which 2-5 years of experience in a benefits administration function including preparation of annual filings/open enrollment and preferably having multi-state experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where managing priorities is key
- Must be collaborative and team focused with a high level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience managing employees in multiple jurisdictions
- Along with the Executive Leadership team, develop learning and development programs and career advancement paths to create opportunities for both our early career and experienced employees to grow professionally
- Develop programs and plans to further our mission of providing an environment that fosters team unity, collaboration and belonging
- Manage the Office Administration team to ensure consistent levels of service across all of our offices
- Manage benefits administration, including annual open enrollment for health and other benefits, initial enrollments during employee onboarding, and life events
- Research and stay abreast of industry trends and norms in relation to benefit packages, HR laws, compensation plans, etc. for all of our current and future office locations
- Coordinate and assist with compliance reporting requirements and annual audits including but not limited to: ERISA, FMLA, ADA, Short-term and Long-term Disability claims, EEO, ACA, 401k Audit, Worker's Compensation Audit, etc
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Recruiting, Compliance, Tax and IT Operations on a variety of issues
- Partner with our Immigration Attorneys to ensure that all employee-related visa processes are handled accurately and in a timely manner
- The ability to think creatively and help us further improve employee experience
- Previous experience working with a Fintech or STEM related firm
- ADP and Greenhouse experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- HR Certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
