Responsibilities
  • Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
  • Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
  • Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
  • Take ownership of new lift installation projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee a portfolio of new installation projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector environments.
