  • At least seven years of experience building and managing B2B customer relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Represent Pursuit externally, generating enthusiasm and new leads at every opportunity
  • Lead and drive employer-partnership development strategies to increase revenue and deepen existing relationships within our employer services program
  • Lead the ideation, planning, and production of customer-specific account plans, relationship maps and partnership strategies
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop and refine renewal & upsell strategies
  • Develop engagement strategies involving key personnel at existing partners including through events
