  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience in communications industry
  • General knowledge of communication components, networks, satellite components
  • Experience in managing vendor development programs
  • Strong working knowledge of program management tools
  • Good understanding of JIRA boards and SCRUM methodology
  • PMP Certification is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Manage or oversee UT Development Programs
  • Work closely with various teams to manage outputs of SCRUM programs
  • Prepare monthly dashboards for executive review
  • Integrate metrics from waterfall and SW scrum programs into dashboards
  • Manage the development of targeted UT programs
  • Contribute to the design of the Telesat LEO constellation
  • Develop required documentation for proper management of UT programs
  • Assess vendor development progress and prepare program inputs for presentations
  • Work with suppliers to develop design to cost initiatives
